ADDRESS FORMAT AND EMAIL
• Before completing your order, please check to make sure that all of your information was entered correctly. Be sure that your email address is correct to receive the tracking information for your package.
FROM ORDER TO DELIVERY
• Time allotted for shipping is based on several factors, including destination address and how quickly Raining Presence can obtain and assemble items for shipment.
• To determine an orders estimated DELIVERY DATE please factor in the following information. Your order is received and packaged within an average of 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the day you order and the availability of the items.
• Orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item may take longer to assemble.
*Most orders are estimated to be shipped within 48 hours from the time it was placed.
• USPS MEDIA: Ship time is subject to item availability. USPS Media will take approximately 4-15 business days from the time it leaves our building until it is delivered to you. We do not recommend this shipping method for Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact us for a discounted price. IF YOU LIVE IN HAWAII, THE MINIMUM SHIPPING TIME WILL BE 2 WEEKS.
• USPS FIRST CLASS: Ship time is subject to item availability. USPS First Class will take approximately 2-3 business days from the time it leaves our building until it is delivered to you. This option is for packages under 13 ounces (2 CD's).
• USPS PRIORITY: Ship time is subject to item availability. USPS Priority will take approximately 2-3 business days from the time it leaves our building until it is delivered to you. This option is for packages over 13 ounces (3 or more CD's).
• USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL: Ship time stated by the United States Postal Service reads as "varies." Therefore, USPS gives their customers no estimated time of delivery. This method can only be used for envelope packages that are under 4 pounds. USPS is not responsible for delivery time once your order leaves the border of The United States. Raining Presence is not responsible for duties or taxes incurred upon your packages. Some international packages have been known to take up to 2 months to reach their destination because of other countries customs and delivery services.
• Your tracking number will be provided to you when your package has been prepared for shipping. USPS First Class does not provide tracking number. Priority provides a confirmation number.
• On occasion packages are returned as "undeliverable". In such cases, we will issue a full refund (minus the shipping charges).
• If a package is deemed lost as a result of our error, we will refund the order. HOWEVER, if the order is lost because of customer error, the charges will not be refunded.
• We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.
• If you suspect your order cannot be delivered, and you have not received confirmation of its return or a refund, please contact us.
WHY WAS MY PACKAGE UNDELIVERABLE?
*Our carriers may deem a package "undeliverable" for one of the following reasons;
• INCORRECT ADDRESS: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient.
• IF an APO or FPO address is entered as an international address', the package will not reach its destination.
• CARRIER DOES NOT DELIVER TO THE ADDRESS: USPS does not deliver to some addresses. If you (or your office) have put in a request for address forwarding, please note that USPS only forwards first-class mail and magazines, USPS DOES NOT FORWARD PACKAGES.
• ADDRESS FORMAT: If an address was entered in an incorrect format, it will be undeliverable.
• If you live in an area experiencing snow storms or other extreme weather, weather delays may add additional time to the estimated delivery date of your order.
AFTER ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE
• USPS Ship Methods: Please allow 1-2 weeks after the estimated delivery date before inquiring about your order unless you chose Priority.
• DELIVERED: Please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
• UNDELIVERABLE: If the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, please contact us.
• NO TRACKING AVAILABLE: If you can not locate tracking or delivery information about your package, start with checking your shipping address you entered for your order. If all of your information is correct, please contact us with all of your order information. Please include the following in your inquiry; order number, order date, name order is under, and how it was requested to be shipped.
