Suzanne Bowen and Leah Sarago co-created and starred in this ultimate postural movement and flow workout. Postural movement and flow strengthens the body, lengthens the muscles, and burns fat, while opening the joints and releasing muscle tension.  This DVD will safely challenge all levels from beginner to advance with modifications provided.  The music, composed by Alberto Rivera, perfectly compliments this workout by restoring the mind-body-spirit with vitality and peace. This DVD includes music only option!  This body-weight only workout is composed of 15 minutes standing work for lower body, 25 minutes floor work for upper body and core, and 10 minutes of stretching.  Following stretching, peaceful music continues for 10 minutes to allow for meditation and relaxation. We believe this reduces stress- hormone levels encouraging loss of body fat.  Achieve the longer, leaner physique, while “releasing” muscle tension, stress, and body fat.   Suzanne Bowen is AFAA certified Group Fitness and Pilates instructor classically trained at The Lotte Berk Method studio in New York City. She has created and starred in top selling fitness DVDs. Leah Sarago has over 15 years of dance experience as well as eight years experience in the health and fitness industry.
